1. Who we are
AdsBirds.com ("AdsBirds", "we") operates a creator marketplace at adsbirds.com with offices in London and Austin. This policy covers personal data collected through the Site, creator applications, and brand campaigns. Marketplace participants are also bound by our platform agreements, which include additional data terms.
2. Data we collect
- Contact & applications: name, email, brand or handles, and message content. The contact form opens your email client; the website stores no submissions.
- Creator profiles: public handles, platform links, audience metrics (pulled via official platform APIs with your authorization), rate cards, categories and availability.
- Campaign data: briefs, contracts, deliverables, approvals and payment records for marketplace transactions.
- Payment data: payout details handled by regulated payment providers; we store only references and tax status.
- Site telemetry: request logs kept 90 days for security. No advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
3. How we use it
- Matching briefs to creators and running campaigns (contract).
- Verifying creator audiences and preventing fraud (contract / legitimate interest).
- Paying creators and invoicing brands (contract, legal obligation).
- Securing the platform (legitimate interest).
We do not sell personal data. Creator profiles are visible to registered brands by design — that is the product — but only the fields you choose to publish.
4. Automated matching, human always on call
Match recommendations are produced by an automated system using audience data and past performance. Recommendations are advisory: humans make every final casting decision, and any creator can request a human review of their match score at flock@adsbirds.com.
5. Sharing & transfers
Data is shared with: the brand and creator on a matched campaign (as needed to run it); payment providers; cloud and email vendors under contract; and authorities where required. Cross-border transfers rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses / UK Addendum. Sub-processor list: privacy@adsbirds.com.
6. Retention
- Correspondence: 24 months after last contact.
- Creator profiles: while your account is active; deleted on request (transaction records kept 7 years for tax law).
- Campaign contracts & invoices: 7 years.
- Site logs: 90 days.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing, under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and similar laws. We do not sell or "share" personal information as defined by the CPRA. Email privacy@adsbirds.com; responses within 30 days. UK/EU residents may also contact the ICO or their supervisory authority.
8. Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, 2FA on internal systems, and annual penetration tests. Report anything suspicious to security@adsbirds.com.
9. Minors
Creators must be 18+. Content featuring minors in campaigns requires documented guardian consent and is flagged on the brief.
